From the creator:

I’ve always had a passion for the unique space that lies between biomedical research and the arts – be it architecture or design, performing or visual arts.  In that sense, the work on Motiva joined me on my highway, and together we had a wonderful journey. Different elements come together and give a novel representation to my work and ideas.

The 3D structure of Ubiquitin is represented by the artist adding vivid colors, making it less precise while asking the image to a gentle dance. I find it beautiful, as I do many of the endless structures and organisms in nature both that are seen and unseen to the naked eye.

Finally, the fourteen statements bring it all together. They are a testament to my late father’s spiritual will, which said it would be a waste to walk for decades on the face of the earth without leaving a viable heritage behind.
